Our services can be divided into three distinct parts:
1. Preparation at home, prior to your Spanish property inspection trip
We would like all our clients’ decisions to purchase a property in the Murcia / Costa Calida region of Spain to be the long-term rewarding experiences they should be. To ensure that this is the case, we believe that your information gathering and your consideration of the various property options available, needs to begin at home, long before your inspection trip brings you to Spain. Whether you are looking for a dream home in the sun, or an investment property, there are many things to be considered.
We provide, therefore, the following services:
(a) Information on this website that will provide you with your first impressions of the Murcia / Costa Calida region and the various Spanish property options available here, not to mention the answers to at least some of your initial questions;
(b) The provision of further more detailed information, on both the Murcia / Costa Calida region and the Spanish property available, either by post or by e-mail; and, most important of all,
(c) A free call back service that will permit a more personal discussion of your requirements and preferences, and the opportunity for you to ask any further questions that the above more detailed information might have generated. These conversations will help you to determine if the Murcia & Costa Calida region is for you and if we, Kingdom-Homes, can meet your expectations.
(d) Assistance, where necessary, with mortgage finance.
2. Spanish Property Inspection Trips
When you believe you are sufficiently well informed to take the next step, we will suggest that you visit the Murcia & Costa Calida region and a selection of Spanish property that meet your requirements.
We can provide you with the following services:
(a) Local airport pick-up and hotel transfer;
(b) A private one-on-one escorted tour of the Murcia & Costa Calida region (beaches, towns and villages, facilities etc) and the properties we have determined together to be of most interest;
(c) Local airport drop-off for your return to the UK
If you find any of our property for sale to be of interest and choose to proceed, this visit should also include the appointment of your local lawyer and their all-clear to proceed with your purchase.
Your hotel reservation can be made locally by Kingdom-Homes, if you so desire.
The ideal length of this visit will depend on many factors, including the progress made under point 1 above. We can discuss this together and adapt the visit to best meet your needs and expectations.

3. After Sales Service
We would like your purchase of a Spanish property to go as smoothly as possible and for your subsequent enjoyment of it to meet all your expectations.
We commit, therefore, to helping you as follows:
 (a) Continued liaison with your chosen developer and local lawyer, during the construction of your new home, including periodic reports on progress;
(b) Any assistance you may require with the completion of your Spanish property purchase and with the insurance of your new home;
(c) Assistance with the furnishing of your new property in Murcia & Costa Calida and with the installation of air conditioning etc, where applicable;
(d) Assistance with renting your property, should you wish to do so; and
(e) Any assistance you may require with residency and schooling, or for pursuing your cultural, leisure and sporting interests.
